Why We Do It.

LotuSIGN believes in providing the very best access for the best budget. We support access in the way we would want to RECEIVE the access ourselves. That’s right, we have very high standards and follow the Golden Rule. However, the access itself is mandatory, as seen below:

The Americans with Disabilities Act, known as the ADA (Learn More Here), is a federal requirement that includes the responsibility of a business or nonprofit agency to ensure the removal of communication barriers as a “public accommodation...to ensure effective communication.”

According to the Department of Justice, the title III regulation covers:
Public accommodations (i.e., private entities that own, operate, lease, or lease to places of public accommodation).
Places of public accommodation include over five million private establishments, such as restaurants, hotels, theaters, convention centers, retail stores, shopping centers, dry cleaners, laundromats, pharmacies, doctors' offices, hospitals, museums, libraries, parks, zoos, amusement parks, private schools, day care centers, health spas, and bowling alleys.
While you are required to provide “effective” communication to be in legal compliance, LotuSIGN recommends that you be also be socially responsible and provide the dynamic equivalent of the entertainment you provide.
LotuSIGN has been tested through in-depth analysis by the Department of Justice and has been found to provide a level of service above and beyond other agencies, for the same or less cost as other agencies.
